In attempt not to actually dox anyone, I won't put his name here. But I do want to share the way that authorities caught him, so everyone can stay vigilant.
He also went on to publicly write,
"So congrats to Crowdstrike for doxing me, they are late for the party, intel421 Plus and a few other companies already doxed me even before the Infragard hack. I want to say thank you, it is time to admit I got defeated and I will retire my Jersey. Yes, this is <name> speaking. I won't run, I'm in Brazil, the same city where I was born...to be honest, I wanted this to happen, I can't live with multiple lives..."

So with that, here's what I found out about how USDoD was caught.

1. On his twitter bio, it read, "I protect the hive. When the system is out of balance, I correct it."
   
2. Searching this across other socials media platforms, authorities were able to find an Instagram account named zerodaycorp with the same exact quote in the bio. In the user's name field read their actual name, and a photo of himself as a pfp.
   
3. CEO of predictable saw that this account was also embedded in a Soundcloud profile who's user name is LGB91, which also had his name and the country of Brazil. The soundcloud pfp has a photo of him, and when reverse image lookup via TinEye, points to a medium account with a username that has the user's name in it.
   

Lessons Learned:
Don't put the same quote or bio in your underground profiles.
Don't talk about what you do in the real world, what you do in your other words.
You're not the other person when you are here.
