Our servers work stable, on some nodes we have about ~two years without global downtimes.
In case of any possible emergencies we can add you some rental days for free or replace server if fix would take too long. But such situations are very rare and can only happen on some servers for local reasons (user software, wrongly installed/configured software, user mistakes, etc.), not globally. And we also provide our help to solve even this issues without extra fees.

I have one question. Why do the prices differ by region? I'm assumin g it has to do with the varying costs for running the server in those countries?
