As we all know this is a cooking forum, and from my perspective it lacks recipes so let me introduce you to the best cheesecake recipe that I know till this day

Ingredients:

Bottom Mold:
•225 g digestive biscuits (or any other sweet biscuits of your choice)
• 100 g butter

Filling:
• 1 package lemon jelly powder
• 250 ml boiling water
• 300 ml low-fat sour cream
• 200 g cream cheese
• 100 g icing sugar
• 300 ml double cream

Decoration:
•1 package passion fruit jelly powder (or any other flavors such as lemon or raspberry)
•250 ml boiling water

Process:

Crush the biscuits by placing them in a plastic bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin. Mix the biscuit crumbs with melted butter. Place a cake ring (26 cm in diameter) directly on a suitable plate. Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom and all the way up to the edge of the cake ring. Chill the mold.

Dissolve the lemon jelly powder for the filling in boiling water. Let it cool until it's cold but still liquid. Whip together sour cream, cream cheese and powdered sugar Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the filling. Finally, whisk in the cooled jelly in a thin stream. Pour the filling into the cake mold and let the cake set in the refrigerator (4-6 hours).

Lastly when the filling hardens, dissolve and cool your chosen fruit flavored jelly and pour it on top of the filling and let it sit in the refrigerator till it hardens.

Honestly I'm not sure so I'll simply recommend to follow the process step by step as its written. If you end up making it lmk how you like it!

Swap out Digestive biscuits, for choc chip cookies and we're golden!
