What do communications inside a ransomware group look like? what kind of tactics/problems to they discuss and how professional are they?

Are there any old chat logs or similar from "solved" cases that one can look at?

there is like 5-10 guys at the top and usually they hire affiliates and give them a special version of the ransomware, if they infect someone one of the guys at the top will chat with them via their darknet site if they pay they give a cut to the person who infected the target
most of them are not very organized
