Today a (new) user bluegflag ( zerolord4 ) abused the -Rep command by distributing negative ratings in a Troll manner to all the Top users of the forum being affected: @Tanaka @Rey @DredgenSun @Nam3L3ss

• You can create a rule so that new users have more requirements to give -Rep, because I see in the future that will be a constant attack of trolls doing the same damaging the reputation wall of good users.

Should a Free user even be allowed to rep someone? Good or Bad? To me Rep only means something if it is coming from someone who is paid or long term member. Maybe make it so that person has to be member over a year, or something similar, before they can use Rep in anyway. That or maybe person must have a certain Rep level themselves, before they can use the Rep system

New users should, in my opinion be a little more limited in terms of that. Either until a certain amount of time has passed since account creation (e.g 3 days) or until the buy a rank. Just my opinion tho
