i see when a user account is not activated or banned. they can still use SB

also the session not expire completely. when logout. 

fix this issue to block scammer.

account is not activated cant see shit as far as i know, and banned users can still se sb if they have valid session but eventually they will get kicked. thats how i think its working right now ?

I can confirm that about a month ago when i was banned keeping SB screen opened i was able to keep using it and i reported it there

bannd users can see shoutbox until they refresh. i am guessing that the 2 sessions are handled in a different way
