99% chance this is fake... how about posting a sample (as the rules require)?

EDIT: This is indeed a file attributed to the eBay breach of May, 2014 that was released in 2022 (with 16M records, and more that were encrypted). I'm not sure if eBay ever confirmed that this data was from the breach (but eBay did acknowledge a breach of 145 million users). The breach had passwords, too... this does not have passwords or usernames, adding to the confusion of whether it really was from that breach.

It's from a file claiming to be the May, 2014 eBay breach. The original had 20 password protected files, but the leak only contained 1 of the passwords (for ~16M records).

Oh, I should add: the password for the 1 file that was supplied was 64 characters long, using lowercase, uppercase, numbers and specials. So unless some magic RAR encryption flaw is found, or the original source releases the passwords, 95% of the 2014 eBay hack will never see the light of day.
