It's not fake, you can watch it anywhere from YouTube to FOX even today, The episode is called Grift of the Magi released on 19 December 1999. 9/11, as we know it, happened on 11 September 2001.

They showed the same in Johnny Bravo episode called Bootman released in March 2001 with twin towers on fire and a tag saying coming soon. There's another Johnny bravo clip where he's walking and in the background the glass has a reflection of a plane hitting the twin towers.

Forgot all this, watch the X Files episode The Lone Gunmen also released released in March 2001. It is about government's super secret plan of a false flag operation to crash a plane into the World Trade Center. The episode's writer and producer said they were pushed by the FBI or CIA for this specific storyline.
