Does Trump need to voice any economic program to win the election or is a shot in the ear enough for him?

I'm seeing a lot of sentiment in the tech community about how a lot of tech companies are preferring to hire people on h1b and firing local workers and offshoring a lot of their jobs.
If Trump announces more restriction on h1b hiring and policies against offshoring, he can get a lot of support from the tech bros who usually are liberal.

It seems to me that the preferences of IT specialists have little influence on the outcome of the elections. But the question is, does Trump have a plan to revive the economy? Around 10% of US GDP is from IT industry There are lot of Chinese and Indian Americans(voters) who have relatives on h1b. Whatever decision Trump makes on IT h1b will definitely effect the economy. As far as reviving the economy goes, they need lower the fed rates so companies can start hiring and investing again.

But there is an opinion that I share Quote:And after it was officially announced that the attempt on Trump’s life was the work of a single person, there will be no more attempts on his lifehttps://t.me/US_Pulse/13
