Few thoughts:

Onion only: I mentioned to a few people right before bf2 went down. I mentioned creating a script where you get a warning/can't log into the site if you're coming from a residential ISP. I think it was @Dev who said something like "it's the users responsibility for their own opsec." I still think a script like that would help save some dumb-asses from getting caught and flipping. I'd also like to recommend log shredding in a crontab. ...I'm pretty good at hardening linux systems...

Leechers & Low Value Losers: I like the open community. Maybe have an "upgraded users" SB and then a public waste pit SB? Maybe enforce reputation before any SB activity? Would give mods a chance to see if an account is a leecher/low value.

2fa: I'm a fan of 2FA BUTTTTT how to do this well over tor? EMail? TG Push?

Staff: I don't have any incite about this but I know @Dev is the man.

ZLib: Distributed Onion Sites? Does my BB have an api to expose the DB across myBB instances? Could have numerous onion addresses syncing all the time? Could have a system to monitor their uptime/detect takedowns? Maybe could create an admin image and have different admins/owners/mods host a BF and auth them into the system as a cluster? Could also share logs across the systems to detect attacks/even the feds plugging in a keyboard... Could also implement self encryption mechanisms such as USB device activity/too many ssh failures/new monitor/no admin interaction for X days? Could start to look like a BF SoC??

Staff Audit: Maybe provide "state of the union" type of posts? Maybe a cool video on YT? Cover important news topics and upcoming features/highlights? I'd recommend not mentioning anything specific about cashflow as that's an easy way to get butt fucked by the feds.

Dedale Tax: I had no clue this existed. I'm not sure it's purpose to begin with.

Extra: I think the CDN on BF 2 was trash. I'm more than willing to help architect/test a new CDN system.

I suggest doing the following:

• Making the forum .onion only - this explains itself
  
• Making the forum invite only -  this will force leechers to be a thing of the past, scammers as well. Having a small fee to join the forum will also stop these threads.
  
• Forcing new accounts and or all accounts to force 2FA upon logging in - If invite only or paid entry, this will make a market for BF accounts very small.
  
• Staff being more active -  Luckily, we have the help of multiple SB mods, such as @Dev, as well as the non public BF mods. It would be really helpful if more were active.
  
• Make SB for upgraded users only - its full of bots , and people speaking chinese
  
• Make BF like z-libary - you take down one onion site? cool, try taking down all of them
  
• Allow users to audit the staff team - If we show what the money is going to (partially) - Could allow users to have a better connection with the admin team, as they know what some of our spending goes to, such as infra.
  
• Remove the Dedale Tax - Why do users have to be taxed for the credits the send to people. Surely, it has no benefit.

i think all of the idea are good, though make it so you have to upgrade your account or pay a fee (such as buying a certain amount of credits) to be able to post or access certain parts of the forums. as @xzin0vich stated there are certain parts of the forum that are active within a certain group of people who are not always vocal in other parts of the forum. though 2fa should always be forced no matter what account you have

-also could be a way to get coins is check for dead links (maybe)
