Hello,

I am looking for a list of free file sharing services that I can use to upload files and share with everyone.  I would prefer sites that don't require logons, are fast, and reliable.  Most importantly, I would like sites that allow files over 5GB in size.

Any and all recommendations are welcomed.

I am aware of the following share sites, but most sites want money at some point. I am literally looking for a completely free service that will provide a scrambled link for uploaded files and is fast and no accounts needed... here is the list I know of so far, but not liking the limitation, costs, nor the account setups

There are plenty of others.... this is just a sample. What I am specifically looking for is a site that uploads quickly, and downloads quickly. Does not require any authentication or account for uploads or downloads, and has a much higher file size limit than any of the ones mentioned above. Is there anything out there?

Since the community had no recommendations or feedback, I decided to go on an exploration in the area of free file sharing services. Turns out that many of the services have some quirk. Some of the quirks were not bad enough to hate them, but they were annoyances, enough, to not want to use them. Almost all of them have a pay level at some point. Yesterday, though, I came across a site on ddg (duck duck go) and it eventually appeared in Google. It allows large file uploads, no need for accounts or fees and was pretty darn quick. I think it is very new. I uploaded a 500MB file and it uploaded very quickly. I think I found what I was looking for. To help others, I am posting it here.

I plan on sharing some goodies to this forum through this service. I am thankful no one responded to my request... otherwise I would have not found this service.

Some other sites I forgot to add to the original list:

And with all of these above and the others I list in the original post, more testing shows BiteBlob seems to be faster on the upload than most and there are not options for a pay level on the site.  I did not test any 20GB files, yet, but I tested a couple 10GB files and all worked without issues..  And the site claims anonymous uploads/downloads.  So far, it seems a win for file sharing. 

This is my last post in this area.  I hope this list helps others.

well I used to use a platform but it limited me when downloading and storage, I think your tool would be better, I will try it, thanks
