Make sure that if you try to sell me a good account with published apps, then you will have a good price for it and it depends on the age, if the apps have the sources or templates, keystores, thousands of downloads, etc., the value of the product is in based on your condition.
Try to respond with screenshots of pay.google.com for proof of age, since there is the purchase invoice for the console, also with a screenshot of the panel of your console where it shows the apps you have, so as to know the status of the check.
