AI will never take over. AI has been around for a very long time. It's just become more public and mainstream over the past year.

Well, AI does not have a will right now. Does that mean that's never going to happen as neural networks are going to expand and ML is improving itself faster than we can cope with?

Like all the 'AI's' that are popular right now aren't Chinese rooms behind a thin veil of techbro speak. They wouldn't be able to create an AI that could take over anything even if they went all Roko's basilisk on it and made it their only goal to do so.

I wouldn't worry about AI taking over. A small group of people are already controlling everything, and they don't like being powerless)
