A guy that owns now owns restaurants in many countries in EU and Ukraine bought something from me 7 years and never paid, 7400$. I tried to get the money at that time, but without success. I want to get the money in one way or another. I come with idea that if I make bomb threats to restaurants he owns, maybe I can extort him form my money plus 5000$.

Does anyone know how to make the bomb threats and be anonymous?

Emails seems a good way, but if I send an email to the police with a bomb threat they will ignore it. With phone call is more effective, but is very risky. How can I do it in a way that is safe and effective?
