im deficient in LDL.
is this related to drowsiness, bro?

If I'm not mistaken it sort of has the opposite correlation, people who don't sleep enough tend to have a higher LDL. Also someone said something about carbs, don't cut them out of lunch. Carbs act as an easy source of energy for your body. Just don't have too much. After lunch your blood sugar should be spiked for about an hour, after that time *slight* drops in energy are NORMAL. If it's a large drop in energy, it's most likely a dietary issue.

For example, if I eat a sub at lunch VS if I eat 5 chocolate bars, which one will affect my blood sugar the most? The chocolate bars obviously. The greater the increase the greater the decrease. This is where the term "sugar crash" comes from.

Increased drowsiness is caused by products containing soy, dairy products, bread and buns. I would also advise you to go for a walk if possible. Lack of oxygen also causes drowsiness

Running has made a huge difference to me. I hate it but force myself to get it done and feel much more energised after. Body isn't meant to be sat in one place all day after all
