suppose someone have database access of users from different domain , i.e real estate , law , vc investors and in general user data base from verity of sources.

and it has sizeable numbers of users in db, 

Now questions is how to make money out of it ? i would like to hear all the ideas even what normally someone does with database once they buy it.
