Real question, is it possible to buy an IG account with followers here or are there only scammers here and should I fuck off? If anyone has any more info and doesn't want to post it publicly email DM

I expect people who have been here a while would be able to recommend someone. I'm not a dichead, of course I know these basics, but I prefer to ask the community.
