Influence of TOR restriction to XSS

Recently, I could not open XSS at all when I visited it via its onion domain; CheckItOnion also reported that it was "down everywhere". Once I tried the ordinary domain, xss.is, with being connected to TOR, the website tried to redirect me to its http page. Later on, I did the same, connected to VPN, it worked perfectly well.
In conclusion, I suppose the TOR restriction that was put by the Russian government caused XSS leadership to abandon TOR. What are your thoughts on this, folks?

Oh, you meant the normal domain. At this very moment, it is not working via TOR.

Oooh! Yeah, that weren't working for me either. TOR isn't really that reliable for stability, but that's the offset on it being more private, there's always a cost somewhere

However, it wasn't like this before, right? At this moment, the same thing is happening as I concluded in the end of my thread, even though the XSS hidden service worked in the last 30 hours.
