A person selling a database for one time, tries/may/can sell that many times as there are no checks for that.
So, according to my opinion, it would be good to add a "Sold" or "Sold Out" Tag so that whenever a database is sold the author of which can replace the "Selling" Tag with "Sold out" Tag. After which the thread will be removed from Sellers Place. Which will avoid creating confusions and trust issues between both the buyer and the seller and hence makes the process more smooth.
Also, we can go further by one more step to make it more authentic. So, the idea is that when the Seller of "xyz" database goes for "Sold Out" tag then we can prompt him for the username of the person who bought that database before closing the thread.
We can later add Trusted buyer score to that user so in future if he buy more databases, then sellers can trust him more.
This will also helps to solve the issue of Feds/security researchers trying to become fake buyers and trying to dox or waste time of sellers.
