There is loads of python courses online you can take a revise, go to college and study. Or you can just find something you are into and try make a little tool for it etc.
There isn't really the BEST way to learn coding it depends on how bad you want to learn and actually focus on studying for it.

^^ Pretty much that, with the added caveat that if anyone makes any concrete promises, they're lying and just scamming. Everybody learns differently. I learned programming pretty much entirely via looking at other people''s code on Github, Stackoverflow, and subreddits. I didn't take any class that wasn't a humanities or social science course after the 11th grade and almost flunked out of high school because I got all As in non-math classes and barely passed anything math and science, because the moment the instructions started I began to doze off. Same thing happened within 2-3 minutes of looking at a tutorial on Youtube but really to get going it only took me a weekend to write something that actually did what I wanted it to do. Same goes for Go, JS (mostly Node, I can't design front ends worth a shit), and hell, even Regex.

Broadly speaking it's really about structure and pace. It's like basketball - you can stick to the coach calling plays and it's safe but your options might be limited when you hit something unexpected. Or you can go free form and transition and go 7 second offense which when it works it works like magic with the ball movement and creating shots but if it doesn't everyone looks like an idiot. Some people are better at one style and some are better at others. Although one thing I do know is that if you struggled at school and the pedagogy that comes with the shitshow of an education system in public secondary schools, give the opposite a try and see if it fits you better.

There is a book called Learn Python The Hard Way by Zed Shaw. I know how the title sounds but its a great start and doesn't take long. It's a thin book you can knock out in a week. Really a great start to take you from beginner to intermediate. After that if you aren't scared off from programming DM me and I can give you more suggestions. Welcome to the shit show of programming.

I recommend that you buy related courses, based on which you can learn python systematically.

If you want to apply it to cybersecurity I recommend you to try to develop a ransomware as it is really easy to do and so powerful. Look into the cryptography library because has lot of tools to encrypt files and the library os to navigate through the system.
