This is a (very) quick guide for new users on how to spot likely scammers on the forum and avoid being sand-miggered by some Indian.

This thread is copy-pasted from @Sukob  Heart
(Some of his point work for avoid to be scam.)

0.

This is a cybercrime forum, not everybody is nice. The saying "there is no honor among thieves" is not entirely true but this forum is teeming with scammers and bad actors. Do not trust any random blue fags more than you should.

1. Unnecessary use of emojis

If the title of the thread includes random emojis for no reason, unnecessary usage of check-marks (this is against forum rules by the way) and other user added flare, it is likely that they are serving scam, malware, shitty product

2. Account age and reputation

Before contact anybody you should always check account age and reputation, if a 1yr old account with upgrades and high rep is posting that they should be posting (i.e. well known breacher such as @IntelBroker) then it is not likely they are scamming. 1 week old bluefag with 2 threads both of which are named "Selling Apple product 0-Day [check mark] 2024 [check mark] working! [meteor] Icloud databases 100$ [meteor]" then do not waste your time. Use commons sense

3. Too good to be true

if the offer is too good to be true, it probably is not true. This applies for everything but especially for scam. They know their thread will get migged by staff in less than 3 hours so they try and get as many potential buyer as possible. If the product that offers you something worth more money is being sold for almost no-money or -70% of his value, then that makes no sense, except for the rare scenario where the person posting free unique breachs/leads is doing it out of the kindness of their soul (there are very few people like this). Keep an eye out for any popular products which is wanted by the public, Intelx Account [200$] / UHQ French Leads / 0-day no click ios / France travail databases / crypto mail list....

4. No sample / No large samples

Sample is required in any selling threads and should be available in the thread for no credits needed/ under not hidden content stuff, by the way lts against leaks marketplace rules so report threads like this. If the sample is like >5 lines in a large dataleaks, run away if you don't want to be time-wasted or use escrow

5. Buy with caution EDR/Gov Mail related stuff

If you are interrested to buy a gouvernemental acces use the forum escrow, when you recueved the product mak sure that if the account/acces is not from public stealer logs dataset and that being used for free by other threat actors, contact me in pm if you need to check if email adresses/username of acces that you was about to buy are compromised
Note: There is no warrenty about EDR/Subponea and the acces you bought to work with the stuff you want and no warrenty for uptime of your bought acces.

6. Don't buy 0-Day Exploit from blue fags/Green fags

If someone is selling 0day or ""private"" exploit make sure he is above of >100 rep and this kind of sell need to be verified by staff, tou can ask a staff in PM to verify this product/proof of concept and use escrow. Refer to third point.
Before disturb staff make sure to check if the user got verified thread in the past (about exploit selling)

7. Buy services from someone

If you're mind to buy specific service here, make sure to check the vouch under the thread
Look the seller profile reputation and check if there is reputation gaven about a service that been completed. (Reputation matter when it was give after deal)

8. Don't buy public data

Seller are not allowed to sell databases that are public. Seller is responsible for checking if databases are public before making a sales thread.
Perform a search on forums and telegram

9. Ask if this is a proxy selling thread

Proxy selling thread are thread where the product is not from the original poster, he is selling this product for someone who ask to sell this product for him, this is allowed on the forum and its no need to specify if this is the case, if this is proxy selling deal with caution, ask who is the original seller.

Note for the Buyers (you):

If you're buying data it is assumed that you aren't allowed to leak the data publicly unless the seller allows you to. Leaking data that has been sold to you without the permission of the seller is grounds to be permanently banned.

Note about: Reputation system

Everyone can give reputation for no reason, make sure the reputation is gaven from completed deal, check if the user is active and he contribute (Forum suggestion that's been approved, Leaks of something he was able to sell, reputation because he is skilled "i.e for services")

Everything checks out, how do I make sure I didnt contact scammers?

Never give yourself a sense of false confidence. Even if everything above checks out, it is still possible you are dealing with a non-retarded scammer (1% spawn probability). If this is the case take the following measures

1. Use Forums Semi Auto-Escrow
escrow.breachforums.hn

2. When you use esrcow

Before complete the sell make sure you checked everything, if you bought accounts/access be sure to respect all warrenty

Thanks for reading this thread, i hope this helps if you are new to this community, enjoy the forum!
