If you are paying for the service, there are many that will meet your needs: Google Workspace, Mega, AWS, Digital Ocean, and many others. Keep in mind you will be paying for the service month to month.
If you are looking for free and anonymous storage ... it's no secret that I am a big fan of BiteBlob. I have run many tests on BiteBlob as well as other sites and being able to store 55GB every hour sure helps. They have two services. The original service allows you to store files for anyone on the web to download as long as they have a link to it. I believe they call it PublicDrop, now. The other service allows you to share files privately or store them off for your own access. I believe they call this PrivateDrop. PrivateDrop only allows 1 download of the file and then it removes it from the system. I have used it to share files with a specific person, and I have used it to store files I may not need for a long time. PrivateDrop increases the size of the URL link compared to PublicDrop and has a passcode associated with the file. I think the passcode is generated when it is stored, so I am thinking it is encrypted and then this key decrypts the file on download. When you download the file, it removes it from the system.
This all being said, there are plenty of others, but most sites I have tested are much slower on the upload. Plenty of options to choose from. If you need storage without sharing, then I highly recommend a 20TB drive and encrypt the whole thing depending on what you are storing.
Good luck!!
