So PSN was down yesterday for almost an entire day... Thoughts?

In my experience PSN iv very crappy.
Try to logon with FF from Linux: issue. Use an email with a forbinnen word in it: message = success but you won't get activation email etc. etc. I'm suprised that something that big is managed so poor....
