I contacted him for a demo link to one of his existing pages and shared some screenshots, which he claimed were sufficient for validation.
I argued that a SS of some cloned html isn't enough proof, as I wanted to assess the quality of his work
He requires a deposit for a demo link, claiming he wants to avoid wasting time, yet he has no issue wasting buyers' time

+  his screenshots display clearly basic PHP pages, contrary to his claims in the post, likely following from Indian tutorials
