wfuzz: directory enumeration (I normally use this with the SecLists)
gobuster: virtual hosting enumeration and directory enumeration (I use this with the SecLists wordlist too)
whatweb: get information of a website (It's like the wappalyzer extension)
joomscan: It allows you to see the version of Joomla that a website is using and tells you possible vulnerabilities for that version.
smbmap: It allows you to list users and computers of a Samba service, and sometimes allows you to list shared resources.
