There are a ton of Ransomware Groups out there.

I already have a ton of their stuff go back a long ass time.

Due to TOR speeds though it is literally impossible for a single person/system to download the stuff.

So want to create a group of people who can help download the content of their releases so we can have a master collection of all Ransom Group releases.

because IPFS uses double the the space, try uploading 500TB to ipfs and see what happens :S

Also storage is NOT the issue, the point is a team to simply download the the releases first to be able to maintain a mirror

With Tor they don't know if you're downloading from 100 computers or 1 computer 100 times. Either way isn't this a DDoS?
