I have suspected this faggot @dataprovider001 of scamming for some time, based on their activities and communication style.
They claim to sell questionable datasets without providing source details or showing any real knowledge of data breaches.
Most of these datasets are likely fabricated and composed from public leaks, with alterations made to appear unique.

He recently listed the "Omni Hotels & Resorts (USA) Database," which was removed after I confronted him 
This database was leaked by DAIXIN and can be found at http://htz6biyazjyzzxllx4knuvux26xa2ixyjshjtwtgq4cm3vczylikm3id.onion/data/omnihotels/

In our Telegram conversation, he claimed responsibility for the breach and stated that he was the sole possessor of the data "Exclusive"

When I presented him with proof, he fumbled, stopped responding, cleared the chat, and began scrutinizing my thread to deflect the situation back onto me.

Instead of just giving him a warning like "Deal with caution" the admin and mod should have banned him. The database he's offering as you mentioned is fabricated. When I compare your database and mine it's clear how they were breached which adds some validity to the data being sold here. But in his case it's entirely different.

Exactly. Forum rules need to change. If you can't prove or provide a source for your database, it's not a breach and it should be listed at secondary section or something. keeping the main marketplace legit and reliable.
