I purchased a Hetzner KYC verified account from this guy, @HorseHead. The day after the purchase, the account's email address was changed—and I did not change it.

I reached out to him, and he said, "Probably the original owner who verified it with IDF." However, in the forum thread, he clearly stated, "Are these accounts created? Yes, all accounts are created by us."

If the account was created by the seller, why was the email address changed? Then he claimed the account was created by providers.  When I pushed him to help, he replied, "If I can, I will, but I can't. There's nothing I can do for you."

I kept pushing him to recover the account, or I would file a scam report on BreachForums. That's when he started raging at me.

First, he claimed all accounts were created by them which is false. If he had actually created the account himself, he should have been able to recover it. But that clearly isn’t the case, which makes it obvious this was a cracked account.

his Hetzner account is not even verified. I have a Hetzner account with KYC verification, but that account was recently disabled. The point is, if a Hetzner account is KYC-verified, you will receive an email like the one attached below.




The Hetzner Gmail account provided by the seller doesn't have any KYC verification email from Hetzner. I didn't ask about this initially because the account was working fine. However, the next day before someone changed the email address I received an email from Hetzner stating:

'Dear Mr. Gregoire Warren,
Thank you for creating an account with Hetzner Online GmbH.
Please send us a copy of your ID card, passport, driver’s license, or another form of personal ID so we can verify your account. You may cover any parts of the ID that are not necessary for verification.'

This clearly means the account hasn’t even been verified! I've attached the full email body below. and im not paid for Non KYC Verfied account!!!

I never said the account didn’t work. Maybe this is the case: Hetzner sometimes allows users to sign up without KYC, but later asks for it. I’m not claiming that he created and verified the account himself. He’s saying it was created by a team or company  if that’s true, he can simply contact them and easily recover the account. I don’t know what he’s waiting for. Please help me recover my funds. I’m not paying $30 for just one day. I hope the admin of this forum understands

@HorseHead Your terms and conditions state that you provide verified accounts and also that all accounts are created by you, therefore you must be responsible for the actions of the provider if they decides to change the data.You initially provided an unverified account to @OctaveSt-Jacques, and thus you initially failed to fulfill the terms of the deal. At best, you should replace the account or deal with the provider and restore the changed data and verify the data, and at worst, refund the funds.

he used 24 hours
he logged iin and he already checked accounts was verified by Id 
ı mentioned by US but its not me i cannot verified 100 hetzner accounts.
I try to help him but he act like my boss
his attitude not good.

OMG, this guy is 100% a scammer. I haven’t changed anything on the account, including the email address. All I did was removeed the 2FA. If the account is verified, why is Hetzner asking to verify it?
