We can also solve this issue in a more interesting way. You and @music can make a deal through escrow by specifying the Order lead time (time to deliver the goods by the seller):
1 week and Verification time (time to verify the purchase for the buyer): 1 week week. @music will make a deposit, and you will provide him and the forum administration with the data. Thus, we will have a whole week to verify the authenticity of the full amount of data (827kk) and if this data is valid, then you will receive @music funds.

Facebook stores billions of data points, and I have over 380M+ profiles with details. However, this doesn’t mean that if someone asks me to search through 5M UIDs and prove my authenticity, I am obligated to do so.

First of all, we cannot scrape a single profile. If someone provides me with their desired Facebook (Public group), I can scan it and try to share 200+ results. They can then visit those profiles and group members themselves to verify if it is authentic or not. Everything will be clear right there.
