Purchased Upgrade Need Help

So I bought an upgrade for my account. I used XMR, but my account didnt upgrade after the purchase. I tried messaging the Admins, but havent heard anything. Does it take a bit for support inquiries to get answered? It has only been a couple of days, but I hope I didnt lose my money. I have all the info to prove the transaction. Thanks guys!
