I'm drunk, and you'll find this to be often (reason why I put it in random discussion), however, I'd like to ask a question while I'm here:
What are the risks of hosting a public breach data index? I'm talking like Snusbase, the OG LeakedSource, things like this.
I plan to make a Tor based, simplistic data breach search engine, and would like to understand the failures and such of previous services.
The current only downside I've noticed, is to do with Tor more than anything, forcing myself to only use PHP, CSS, and HTML for this makes it to where multiprocessing the data is quite slow. But seeing as many other surface web indexes and search engines have went down, what caused the issue exactly? Lack of interest? Law enforcement?
Would love to hear what you guys think.
