the guy contacted me via qtox to buy 2 databases Gravitydefyer.com +  Matahari.com 600$. After paying via escrow, this guy gave reasons like: database contains many blank lines,
The owner set up many data columns but did not collect all the data from the customers, resulting in the columns containing blank values. I have described in detail in my sales posts that the database contains the number of records, the fact that the customer information is not fully collected is the owner's fault

You use modified data to mislead buyers to buy your data. If the administrator needs data for verification, I will provide the administrator with the files I purchased and send them to the administrator for verification privately.

There are times when there are empty columns in a db due to invalid or empty user input, among other reasons. While I do not advocate for 90% of the address fields missing,

I need proof that the terms about the quality of the data, specifically for the address column, were made part of the escrow transaction.
