has anyone seen any of this data leaked?

It seems like there should be a lot of telco data around.

the article states that the hack was conducted by a China-linked cyber espionage group
i dont think they have any interest in leaking anything
their main goal is just to gather info and stuff for the ccp and not to breach companies just to breach them

ofc thats different if the ccp says go make some money
then they might go out and breach companies for the sake of making money

btw for those that dont know ccp stands for china's communist party thats basically the state or the political party that rules china at the moment

thanks for the reply, it is a good point. the bottom of the article states that China-nexus APTs do sell stolen information as well,  they have also been doing it since 2020 so i was wondering if some of that old data is available

They probably only sell it to other state-sponsored hacking groups.
