I think shout-box (sb) scraping should be allowed. this rule is not being enforced and anybody can setup a scraper without being detected, so it is clear staff dgaf.
lets take the user @n0ttcrawler for example.
1) they are ALWAYS active under the "active users" tab in the sb.
2) they never ever speak in the sb.
3) they are never under the "Who's online" section at the bottom of the main page.
4) they have a low amount of logged in time (5hours, 26 Minutes, 33 Seconds) which does not match the amount of time spent in the sb.
5) their logged in time never increases.
i have not analyzed any other users other than this one as they stick out like a sore thumb with a name like "@n0ttcrawler".
if this is not allowed i would request to be allowed to setup a scraper of my own that monitors users connected to the sb and cross checks this information with their user profile.
