Automatically go to Two-factor authentication

When logging in on an account with 2FA enabled you're given a screen with two buttons: "Enter 2FA" and "Get Help", instead of having to press "Enter 2FA" to be able to enter the code, I suggest you merge the two pages so a better and faster authentication flow and less requests to the server which is handy when going through TOR

The Idea is good but this can/may open up a lot of backend shit [iykyk].  If this gets approved, hope the Admin/Staff works well on this.

That would preclude the addition of other 2FA methods.
