Prohibition on Selling Children's Data

Hello to all my good friends in the forum.
I have opened this topic publicly in the forum to gather the opinions of supporters and opponents regarding the new regulations that I sent to my dear friends @Hollow, @Anastasia , @Loki , @Tanaka, @888.

My request is this: the sale or public distribution (even for free) of children's data in the forum should be completely prohibited.

I don't want to discuss whether all our activities here are legal or not, but we must take this step.
Perhaps the my sale will decrease after this post, and I might face significant opposition. However, I would be happy for our forum to remain proper and healthy.

Anything involving a minor cannot be published. Or clean up the data before publishing.

I think this needs to be more defined!

There are tons of different databases that will have kids information in it, even though 90% or more mostly adults

So what happens when a Hospital, or Health Insurance etc leak occurs and kids are in it?

Does it now mean someone has to go through the DB to remove them all? If so at what age limit?

This would be difficult to implement.
I think @AntiBrok3rs is right, it can sometimes be impossible to determine the age of a person as well.
It would be great if databases that include only children would be banned.
I am not sure how they would go about banning databases that include children.

1. this would also mean that sites like haveibeenpwned would have trouble obtaining the data and informing those children.
2. would the data be "prohibited" when the persons where children, when the data was obtained and once they turn 18 the data can be used or is it like with crimes that people should be more excusing, when people are young and should have more chances to "make mistakes"
3. how to deal with persondz who say that they are older then they actually are

I agree with @AntiBrok3rs and @Sythe's opinion on this. And in some databases only email addresses and IP addresses are released so identifying who is using these emails and IPs could also be quite challenging. Unless we are talking about the full PII.

what a fucking pussy, this should not be a reason to ban children's data, the reason should simply be that it is a degenerate thing to leak children's data/information.

the ban on selling and giving away children's data is a fucking must. I'm not talking about whether what we're doing here is legal, because I'm too lazy to drink, but children's data is a line we don't cross if we have balls and a head on our shoulders.

I support you 100%, brother - the forum should be healthy, not a fucking swamp for garbage. Let them get pissed off, let the sales drop, I don't give a damn - I prefer clean BreachForums than a bottomless pit. Respect for throwing this topic, you're doing a good job.

We remove <18: Are you selling the database? Clear the data of minors (DOB before 2007) from it - the rest stays, trade as much as you fucking want.
Sample for Check: Are you posting a leak? Give the mods 100 lines in a private message - if they find children, you delete those lines, not the whole thing,
Warning for Staring: First time leaving the data of a child? The mod tells you to "clean this shit" - you have 24 hours, or the lines go to the trash, but the database stays.
Repetition = Ban: Second time throwing away the data of minors? Perma on the face, but only you get kicked out
Reporting on Silence: See a mess with children in someone's drop? DM the mod, point out the lines, we delete them and that's it, fuck.
We don't fuck around with throwing entire databases in the trash - we clean the children's shit and keep playing. The forum is supposed to be healthy, but we're not going to just throw everything out there.

Of course, but they also had a request from users to remove the content, on their suggestions board

I was there to see it.

It is a big problem on many hacking forums in general.
