I suggest about Shoutbox rooms, example:

News Room - Only pings the New threads. So it would not flood the Main SB with the new threads.
Main/General Room - General chatting room. 
Rage Room -  So people would not spam on the General Room " Kill Niggers, fuck feds" Would do in Rage Room
Random - Random ah shit.

Good idea, but people who are new here won't be able to understand it. I suggest to have a main shoutbox category as default, and introduce a filtering category where people can filter to different shoutbox rooms if they want to talk about any particular section of BF, like database, logs, osint etc. Main shoutbox will be default and contain announcement of each topic (as it is now) and other shoutbox will have announcement and chats related to only that particular section.

Well, I don't think that makes much sense. I mean, the average online sb is about 50 people, of which only 5-10 are active. If you create a separate sb for each different discussion, or even more so for each of the sections, as suggested by @ReverseForce, then well, can you imagine what it will be like online in sb then and what it will look like?
