Fake news, kill the reputation of trusted users, and waste their time here and there.

Recommended: do not download random files to your local machine.

I couldn't agree more. I'm not even sure it's a gang and not just one loser, the accounts always talk the same way.
I think it's the rest of Epsilon (Overdrive?) after some members got arrested. They've never been hackers, their only job is to retrieve accounts from stealer logs to scrape admin panels. And even that they don't always manage and ask for help to do it...
