I tend to find it tedious that I have to authenticate to social media websites every time I want to investigate something or read something when all these annoying banners pop up all the time - wanting you to login or other annoyances. (This is just a first-post on this website in order to see how it goes, maybe I'll add other social media techniques in the future if this thread goes well)

Here are a few techniques, that I know of, that may be of use in your investigations. I also hope you may be able to contribute and maybe mention other techniques that might help in similar situations described.
