Use 

ntpdate frizzdc.frizz.htb

But the Time changed back after some Seconds, you have to make a  change in VirtualBox with PowerShell

cd C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox

.\VBoxManage.exe setextradata "VM NAME" "VBoxInternal/Devices/VMMDev/0/Config/GetHostTimeDisabled" 1

    (Change VM Name)

After this change you can Use 

ntpdate frizzdc.frizz.htb

To Syncron Time withe the DC (Time not set back automatic then)
