I doubt he will, he has frozen aid to SA, but he has frozen aid pretty much everywhere now.

It's a weird fucking time right now, in a whole lot of countries. I actually believe he would do it .. because why not? Unless I am missing something (and could well be), that would be a whole lot of talent, money, and motivated farmers to further help grow the US.
