Spamming Warning without actually Spamming

Okay so I just posted a reply in a thread and I saw my warning level was increased to 40 percent by the automation bot for spamming? Could anyone tell me why would that happen and how can I prevent that?

You have little to no threads is the issue. I received the same warning, it will go away in 48 hrs, so try not to worry about it.
