Sometimes the threads are necessary/urgent and are time based.
So, it's important for those specific threads to be in reach for many users in less time.

For example:- A person selling access to a corporate network or something else

So, there should be an option for that User to pay a fees let's say 100$ for 1 hour to get their specific thread to be pinned in that particular section

Along with this there must be some limitations, so that some users may not dominate other's threads:-

1) A user can only get his thread to be pinned for max of 3 hours in a day

2) Only one thread to be allowed to pinned at a time

3) A moderator must read the thread to be pinned, and if they feel, then only the thread to be allowed to pinned. So to prevent abuse of this feature as some users may try to pin their thread which may contain misinformation/fake info or malware etc. Also, if they doesn't find a genuine reason for the thread and sees it as just a regular thread like providing some service or something similar they may also reject the request.

Finally, this will also open a new opportunity to earn revenue for the forum!

Personally I think 100$ is a bit too much for an hour.

On c.io (bigger forum), they charge I think it is 100$ per month.

Yeah, I agree with you.
I just tried to gave a context, the amount can be anything.

But, Personally I think that higher the amount, then only genuine Users for actual reason to get their thread to be pinned.

If not 100$ then 50$ for a hour will be great.
Finally moderators will be deciding the amount, who am i to do that ??
