I am sure they will.... There are solutions with offline translations implemented in new devices hopefully they will become used more and become common practice

Use Whonix. You can use Chrome and Firefox there. You'll lose no anonymity if you'll use that particular Whonix for browsing Chinese forums and nothing else.
