The so-called "spam king" Petr Levashov may be hiding behind the authoritative and one of the most famous Russian hackers under the nickname Bratva. Since 2018, he has been living in the United States and, as follows from media publications, is associated with the FBI. The patterns discovered by Gazeta.Ru and the experts interviewed indicate that Levashov may be collecting information about Russian-speaking cybercriminals, allowing American intelligence agencies to identify hackers, bring charges against them, and put them on the wanted list. In addition, Bratva could have received classified information from the FBI, which was then published with the aim of denigrating Russia. Gazeta.Ru's conclusions about the connection between Bratva and Levashov are based on the correlations discovered by the editorial board and information received from sources. The heroes of the story, Severa and Bratva, themselves deny any connection with each other.

Typical, XSS. What I like about Breach is that it's not specifically against the US. It's an international forum, despite causing disruption worldwide, including in the US. I think we all recognize that Breach can be a crucial source of information, even for the US government.
