Sometimes, I just think things like: If I could pay someone to go to that location and do some simple jobs, this work might be a lot easier.

So, is there a go-to place for hiring people? 

Hacker forums and communities like BF and XSS easily stand out from their peers. You read about them in reports about leaks; you get their name when you search hacker forums. But those markets? I can't tell which one is more worth trying and more likely to find the man I'm looking for, and I'm not even sure if "market" is the right place for such a thing. 

BF may have some downtime, but thanks to the staff always bringing it back online.  I never heard of which market have a dedicated team to support it, maybe it's because I never cared them before.

Currently, I have only considered hiring someone to take photos that provide more details than Google Street View offers. I am not seeking access to unrealistic secret areas, but rather public spaces such as the surroundings of the hotel, office buildings, and convention centers that I am interested in.

The second reason I am writing this thread is that I also want to know what other services and methods you guys have used or would consider hiring to assist with breaching or hacking in general, and where you found them. If you are willing to share with me and others who are reading this thread, you have my appreciation.

But this is an outside view. I myself have never used any paid services.

But again, you didn't write what service you need. It's like looking for a driver without specifying what he'll be driving.

I haven't bought anything from XSS yet, and the Russian/English mixed page is kind of harder to understand than pure Russian in translation.
One thing I noticed in XSS is that many of its members use Jabber/XMPP, and it seems that they don't trust the domains that show up at the top of search results. This is one of those things on my list that I want to figure out but haven't started yet...
