he is a scammer, he tells that he can provides anything you request and that is a fake version of wwh forum (everyone here knows what forum it is). The scammer creates a lot of fresh accs and spamming everyone with that messages. 

He scammed me 300$ shitty pennys but veryone will know that he is one of the worst rats ever.

There are a lot of crooks here, this is very normal, try to find a high reputation of the user to buy, or use MM services
