during my numerous penetration tests I managed to bypass numerous servers with cloudflare, it's different, does anyone have an idea of how to do it? or this is done with the change of proxy on burp

What the fuck are you trying to say? Fuck you mean bypass servers? Are you trying to bypass the Cloudflare WAF or find the real IP behind the reverse proxy?
