i thought it's complicated past days. but it's not. it's a simple  program  trick. solution is " if a warning level rising,. Then, Stop reply and don't make any reply or comment on any post wait next day and just login in 1 to 2 more days. it's automatically level to 0. i experience this and following this trick. it's a website program trick. " That's it. Got it. 

Note: This is my condition only, it may change others, just try it.
