There should be a minimum post/thread count before people are allowed to connect to shoutbox. This is to prevent bots from scraping. Even if they fake posts/threads it should be easy to point out and ban them. This would also prevent newfags from posting dumb questions in shoutbox by forcing them to have a little forum experience before chatting. Something like 8 threads maybe.

I think GOD rank people should have the ability to ban people from the SB for 60 min for a valid reason.

Those caught abusing it will get their rank removed.

This will be abused more than it is not. There is always shoutbox staff active so there is no reason for this.
